Gag reflex is a normal body reaction. Some people, however, have hypersensitive reflexes so they need a constant practice to rehearse the roof of the mouth, the area around the tonsils, and, if can be reached, the back of the throat.

I bought Fetish Fantasy Ball Gag as I'd already gotten another one with a wrong size. Fortunately, this gag gave me an adjustable size and it's perfect - it's like getting one for my husband and one for me. The strap is just perfect as I can easily wrap it up on. Finally, it is of great value for the comfort for us both.
