I wasn't really sure if this Couples Extension Sleeve looked flesh-like in person though the picture here was very suggestive. So I purchased it out of curiosity and yes, the sleeve really is made of blue jelly material. The vibration is really strong, considering the force I apply to my partner plus the turbo-charged bullet. She would often scream for the depth and the motion flowing. Though the jelly material is porous and can't be sterilized, I have found a better way to clean it up. After cleansing it using soapy dishwater, I prop it against the window frame and allow the sunlight to make free of the living organisms. So far, this method works and I have no problems on my wearing.
